SHIPPING & RETURNS

RETURN POLICY   

All exchange/return must be authorized by email support@nightworks.co. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt and refund in the form of store credit. All products returned must be in original unused condition with original packaging. Products and packaging returned damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Payment of duty and tax charges are the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Nightworks.co reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. 

Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding merchandise. Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange, refund or credit. 

Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Customers are permitted to exchange merchandise other than Excluded items (subject to Returns/Exchanges Conditions) for a different size in the same colour and style based on stock availability. If a different size is unavailable then an alternative style and colour may be considered. If the customer selects merchandise of lower value than the original merchandise purchased then a cash coupon will be issued.

Shipping and handling charges for overseas orders are based on the destination country and the merchandise you order.
Please note: the prices we quote do not include any customs or duty charges applicable to your order. Your order will be subject to customs and duties (taxes).  You are personally responsible for paying customs and duties (taxes) upon receipt or delivery of the order. We have no control over these customs and duties nor can we estimate the amount as they vary based on the country you are in.  You should check with your local Customs Department for more information or for an estimate of these charges.
